WHAT WE ARE DOING TO PROTECT OUR CUSTOMERS
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus / Covid-19 Pandemic in Ireland we have introduced HSE recommend Guidelines necessary to continue providing our services and to protect our customers. We will only be providing exterior cleaning services to all residential customers until further notice, this is to avoid any unnecessary contact. We will continue to provide full exterior window cleaning, exterior conservatory cleaning, our full exterior Soft Washing as well as our pressure washing service. All customers can be assured that we will continue to use all necessary hygiene protocols including hand sanitising, wearing of gloves and shoe protectors where needed. We would also ask that customers leave their side gate open prior to our calling as to minimise any unnecessary contact, (We will send a txt/email in advance of calling with time of arrival). No staff will be allowed to work if they are ill or have come into contact with anyone who has been ill until they have been self isolated for the required period and if necessary tested by the HSE. We value all our customers and hope that they are doing well durning this difficult time.
To further minimise unnecessary contact we have introduced the option to pay for all our services with contactless credit/debit card terminals which you can tap and pay up to €30 or for amounts over €30 you can still use Chip & Pin or you can receive an invoice by txt/email and then securely pay online by credit/debit card or EFT (Bank Transfer). If you still prefer to pay by cash we would ask that you to leave cash payments out in a pre-arranged area if possible.
